This is the place where my passion for photography started. This is the exact location I first visited in summer and after I took this shot, I thought "I should try to visit this exact location in winter". Fast forward 8 months and after seeing the weather forecast of heavy snow in the highlands, I decided to make a trip up north and was surprised my the majestic landscape in from of me. The winter version of this photo is special in so many ways. Stuck my foot in frozen puddle, not enough winter jackets and then waiting for my bus back home on the highway in pitch dark. But in the end it was worth it and I would do it again :) Love you Scotland
