You will receive your purchase in gift box or an organza bag. I can include a personalised gift note should you wish.
Shipping within the UK
I use Royal Mail Sign-For and EVRi which normally takes around 1-3 business days from dispatch. The shipping does not include tracking information. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking then please contact me - preferably before purchasing.
If you wish to order outside the UK rates may vary from quoted amounts and I may need to add an additional fee for heavy or multiple items.

Refunds
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 14 days and I will arrange a refund once the item has been returned. Items can only be returned to me within 28 days of purchase and in the same condition as you received them. NB You are responsible for return shipping costs and their safe transit back to me.
Non-refundable items
For hygiene reasons I do not accept returns for earrings unless faulty. I am unable to refund personalised items however, if there is an error with your purchase then of course I will address that.
Lost orders
In case your item gets lost on its way to you I will refund or resend the order after 14 business days from the original dispatch date. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the correct delivery address is supplied. I cannot be held responsible if an order is shipped to an incorrect address. In these circumstances, the buyer will not be entitled to a refund or free replacement.
Cancellation
If you change your mind then please contact me asap so that I can cancel your order. However, if your order has already been dispatched then I am unable to cancel it but will refund the order once I have received the returned item.
Privacy Policy
When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from the Scottish Design Exchange. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for any reason other than the circumstances listed here:
• With the Scottish Design Exchange to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.

Nix has been making Jewellery for many years initially from the heart of the Trossachs at the only lake in Scotland – The Lake of Menteith - now from her studio near the shores of our stunning East Lothian Coastline.
Inspired by nature and made in 925 Sterling Silver, Honey House Scotland design and hand-make a stunning range of Jewellery. With a passion for good old fashioned Jewellery making techniques, Nix loves to use hammer texture finishes and highly polished simple designs.
Imagined and created from her wandering throughout The Trossachs National Park - Discover the unique range of ‘The Tints of The Trossachs’ – featuring Swarovski Crystal Gemstones and the places and legends they depict…
Nix enjoys working in the ‘lost wax casting’ technique, sculpting her work initially in wax, then her designs are cast in silver then plated with 9ct gold.
